Honoring our Heroes Flag Program

(Program begins September 1)

We invite individuals, groups, companies, etc. to sponsor a flag honoring the veteran of your choice.

The flags will hang along Pennsylvania Avenue every year from the week of Memorial Day through Veterans’ Day.

Instructions:

As of 10/7/24 We are Sold out of our first round of Hero Banners. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for when the next round of banners are available- please email your contact information to DVMF2022@gmail.com!

Step 1: Download and print the application HERE.

Step 2: Fill out form in its entirety (incomplete or illegible applications will not be accepted)

Step 3: Please make checks/money orders payable to DVMF and mail with application to DVMF, PO Box 4, Downingtown, PA 19335.

Step 4: Email veteran’s photo to: DVMF2022@gmail.com Make your hero’s name the subject of the email!

Once we receive the application, check/money order and photograph, we will send a confirmation via email.

* please provide ONLY one email, check, and application per Veteran
